We believe that the products you put on your skin should be as whole, clean and packed with nutrients as the food you put in your body. With powerful antioxidants and phytonutrients from selected plant extracts, Melixir combines plant-derived active ingredients and science to keep your skin as healthy, vibrant, and full of life as you are.

Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologists tested and specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Our products work wonderfully with all skin types whether mature or young, oily or dry.

All of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, certified as vegan & cruelty-free by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the internationally recognized certification organization for cruelty-free companies. You can find Melixir at PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies database(https://crueltyfree.peta.org/company/melixir-vegan-skincare/). We never test on animals.

Yes, absolutely. Our line is made from 100% plant-based ingredients and always will be.

We make all of our products with plant-based ingredients that are healthy and safe for all skin types. However, during pregnancy, please consult your doctor on whether the product you are using is within a safe range.

Products perform best when stored at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight. Do not store below zero degrees Celsius.

We guarantee the authenticity of all our products purchased in the following two stores;

our official website(https://www.melixirskincare.com) and Amazon brand store(https://www.amazon.com/melixir).

Please note that we’re not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders that are not placed through the stores above.


Orders & Shipping

Unfortunately, once the order has shipped we are not able to change or cancel it. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@melixirskincare.com with your order number as soon as possible. We try to fulfill orders very quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email info@melixirskincare.com with your order number and the correct address. Unfortunately, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address.

You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when your order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

We currently offer standard shipping only, and it’s $6.

We currently offer only one shipping speed within the contiguous United States. The $6 standard shipping option takes about 5-10 business days to arrive from the time you place your order.

Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 20:00 pm PDT on a business day will ship that same day.

Please note that all orders can be shipped separately and all packages arrive within 10 business days. Even if only part of your order arrives, the rest will come accordingly. Don’t worry, and please wait a couple of days more. Thanks for your understanding.

Please note, due to the impacts of COVID-19 globally, many carriers are experiencing delivery delays.

If the package hasn’t shown up after 10 business days, please contact us(info@melixirskincare.com).

Regrettably, we do not provide gift wrapping yet.


Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to request for a product replacement, please reach out to our team(info@melixirskincare.com). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
