Delivery speed

We offer Standard delivery for $6, which takes between 5 to 14 days.

Lost orders

If your order is not delivered within seven days after the estimated delivery date, you are eligible to file for lost reimbursement by contacting info@melixirskincare.com. Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for reimbursement.

Please note that all orders can be shipped separately and all packages arrive within 14 business days. Even if only part of your order arrives, the rest will come accordingly. Don’t worry, and please wait a couple of days more. Thanks for your understanding.

Multiple Shipments

We use merchandise inventory from 3PL warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments.
